★ After confirming your payment, I will contact you via email to begin the design process for your tumbler. Please make sure to enter your email correctly at checkout.

★ Important: The design process includes 2 visual revisions and 3 verbal revisions before printing.

★ Design Process Overview:

1. Once I contact you, please share with me a detailed description of how you want your dream tumbler to look, along with your desired image(s), text (name/quote/phrase), font preferences, etc. If you have already designed your cup on Canva or any other photo editing software and just need me to print and ship the tumbler to you, you may send me the PNG of your design. From here, the design process begins.
2. When the initial design is complete, I will share it with you. At this stage, you will use your first visual/verbal revision. If you are satisfied with the design after this first visual/verbal revision, the design will be printed, sublimated onto the tumbler, and shipped to you.
3. If not, I will revise the design based on your latest feedback. Once the updated version is complete, I will send it back to you for your final visual revision and second verbal revision.
4. After receiving your final visual revision feedback, I will make the improvements and send it back to you so that you can use your final verbal revision to make minor adjustments. At this stage, we will be finalizing the design for printing and shipment.

★ Items are handmade with love. Sublimated tumblers are individually hand pressed and might have some ghosting and small imperfections.
