Refund policy

• Due to the nature of our MTO (Made-to-order) personalized products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. For this reason, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us.

Sarivel Creations is not responsible for lost (e.g., misspelled shipping addresses), damaged, or stolen packages. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is not our responsibility. Please contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier if you have any issues. Any chargeback filed for reasons including, but not limited to: Buyer’s remorse, failure to review product details, disagreement with our no-refund policy, unauthorized order, or order not received (when tracking confirms delivery) will be formally disputed with the payment processor using order records, checkout agreement confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery tracking, and customer communications.
