Damages & Issues Policy
At Sarivel Creations, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged Items
We carefully craft, inspect, and package all orders before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for items damaged during transit. Any damage caused by the shipping carrier must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing a secure delivery location
• Ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Orders returned to the carrier due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Refused deliveries
• Failure to retrieve packages
are not eligible for reshipment, refunds, or store credit.
Filing a Carrier Claim
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. We are unable to file claims on behalf of customers.
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances
Documentation & Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to use order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and carrier records as evidence.
