Shipping policy

At Sarivel Creations, we carefully craft, inspect, and package every order to ensure it is made right and shipped safely so that it arrives in excellent condition.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment and order confirmation. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but, remember, all orders are MTO (made-to-order) and/or customized.

• Orders are shipped via USPS.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• Standard shipping may take 2-5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the selected shipping method and the delivery location

• Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

• Please note: While USPS may occasionally deliver on Saturdays or certain holidays, for the purposes of our store’s Shipping Policy, all orders are processed and delivered on business days only.

• We may occasionally offer promotions or free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that no individual update will be sent, the client will need to reach out for any update. 

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sarivelcreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

• Customers are encouraged to track their packages using the provided tracking number and ensure a secure delivery location and correct shipping information.

• If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. We are unable to file claims on behalf of customers.

Damaged Items During Transit

• All orders are carefully crafted, packaged, and inspected before shipping.

• We are not responsible for damages caused during transit by the shipping carrier.

• If your package is damaged, file a claim directed to the carrier using your tracking information. We are unable to file claims on behalf of customers.
